The Knollwood Association has selected Blue Water Baltimore to manage a grant from the Chesapeake Bay Trust to begin planning and designing stormwater improvements along the Herring Run in eastern Towson. The $115,571 grant, funded through the Watershed Assistance Grant Program, will specifically look at improvements to the publicly-owned land near the Knollwood and Overbrook communities.The first community input meeting to discuss Blue Water Baltimore’s future solution strategy is scheduled for April 25 (700PM-830PM) to the First Lutheran Church located at 40 East Burke Ave.
