Citizens on Patrol

The Knollwood community looks out for each other. Crime is not welcome here!

Knollwood Citizens on Patrol

For over twenty years, the Knollwood Citizens On Patrol (COP) Program has been contributing to the safe and crime free atmosphere enjoyed by our residents. The Knollwood Program is part of a Greater Towson umbrella group that includes the Fellowship Forest, Greenbrier, Overbrook, and Aigburth Vale Manor communities. For information on the Knollwood COP Program, please contact:

The Baltimore County Police Department (BCPD) supports the COP Program. Volunteers can set their own schedule and contribute as much time as they desire. As the Greater Towson region becomes more urbanized, this notable civic effort is essential in keeping our citizens and properties safe.
