Knollwood ‘s Tribute To The Thin Blue Line And BCPD Officer Amy Caprio

As the largest community in close proximity to Towson University, Knollwood is home to numerous alumni, faculty, employees and students of the University. Because of our unique and close relationship, Knollwood is honoring slain BCPD Officer (and TU graduate) Amy Caprio with a small remembrance on our large median strip.This thin blue line is also tribute to the great men and women of the BCPD who protect our community each day.
