Annual dues funds the infrastructure that allows the Board to operate, supports of a number of local civic initiatives, funds needed capital maintenance, and funds numerous community events throughout the year.
Please note the Knollwood fiscal year runs from May 1 through April 30. The new fiscal year begins May 1st and dues will be billed in April. If you are unsure if you have paid your dues for the current fiscal year, please contact Dave Riley at kdia@knollwooddonnybrook.org.

Annual dues funded the Knollwood community’s support of a number of local civic initiatives. Annual dues funds needed capital maintenance and improvements. Annual dues funded numerous community events throughout the year.
Annual dues funded the Knollwood community’s support of a number of local civic initiatives. Knollwood residents helped fund the Towson Healthy Hearts 5K Run/Walk, the Assistance Center of Towson Churches’ (ACTC) Food For Thought Program, the Greater Towson Fireworks, the Baltimore County Police Department’s (BCPD) Backpack For Kids Program, and our Citizens on Patrol (COP) Program.
Annual dues funds needed capital maintenance and improvements. Knollwood residents funded the continued maintenance of our large and small median strips.
Annual dues funded numerous community events throughout the year. Knollwood residents funded our Outdoor Film Series, Summer Block Parties, Haunted Knollwood’s Halloween Celebration, Fall Clean-Up, and Santa’s Arrival.
