BCPS Board Member Speaks To The Community

I’d like to thank BCPS Board Member Julie Henn for talking the time to speak to concerned parents about discipline problems at the Middle School level. It was a great evening as the audience included insights from a School Board member, a BC teacher, a PTA President, and concerned parents.
